The Puer Shu Menghai Gold Bud Tea Cake was made from Menghai tea buds at the beginning of the spring season. The tea buds embellish the cake, naturally coloured gold. The pressed leaves come from the crop located in the mountainous area around Menghai town, south of Yunnan. The tea has a soft and sweet taste.
