Recommendation for storage: the ham leg should be stored outside its packaging in a cool and dry place. The ham leg should be placed on a ham holder and you should start slicing into thin slices by selecting the thinnest part called Babilla. After each cut, the cut area should be covered with excess fat to avoid drying out and loss of juiciness. Recommendation for consumption – it is not recommended to eat the ham from the fridge as it loses aroma and taste. Before consumption, it should be brought to room temperature. Texture and colour – red colour with white shiny fat veins. The fat gives it a juicy and oily consistency. Taste and aroma – Penetrating and subtle aroma that melts in the mouth. Intense, complex and elegant taste with sweet and oak notes. Mature – over a year and a half in natural drying rooms. - Weight - Between 5.00-5.50 kg. Ingredients - Iberian acorn ham leg, salt, dextrose, antioxidant E-331 and preservatives E-250 and E-252.
