Cold fermentation yeast is the German term for cold-fermenting yeast, which is specially used for fermentation of high-quality wines and beers at lower temperatures. These yeast strains are selected for their ability to work well in cold environments and improve the taste profile and aroma of the drinks while maintaining a clean fermentation process. One bottle is enough for 50 litres. Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 5°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 5 x bottle of liquid yeast 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
