Sherry is a fortified wine from the Jerez region of Spain, known for its diverse styles, from dry and light to rich and sweet. The unique production process and ageing system (solera) contribute to the distinctive character and complexity of the sherry. One bottle is enough for 100 litres. Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 1 x bottle of liquid yeast, 28 ml 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
