Tokaji wines come from the Tokaj region of Hungary, known for its sweet dessert wines made from grapes infested by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Tokaji Aszú is the most famous, known for its rich sweetness, balanced acidity and complex aromas. One bottle is enough for 100 litres. Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 1 x bottle of liquid yeast, 28 ml 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
