Weisenberger yeast is a type of yeast specially used for the fermentation of high-quality white wines, especially in the Weisenberg region of Germany. These yeast strains are selected for their ability to enhance the taste profile and aroma of white wines, especially in grape varieties such as Riesling and Müller-Thurgau. One bottle is enough for 100 litres. Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 3 x bottles of liquid yeast, 28 ml 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
