Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 3 x bottles of liquid yeast, 28 ml 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
