The origin of Gyokuro is an intense and refined Japanese green tea. The cultivation of Gyokuro tea, as well as that of matcha tea, provides that the tea plants are covered for around 20 days before harvesting. The Gyokuro tea from NaturaleBio comes from the first harvest, which takes place at the end of April and is the most exquisite. Certified organic and vegan: organic and pure. The product is free from pesticides or unnatural chemical fertilisers that are not beneficial to body and health. Green organic gyocuro tea: the chlorophyll content of the Gyokuro plant gives the characteristic, needle-shaped tea leaves the distinctive light green colour with marine nuances. The infusion has a pale, yellow-green and dew-like colour that is slightly clouded. Gyokuro tea has a complex taste. Its aroma is characterised by vegetable notes and a particularly sweet nuance.
