Japan Sencha from Kyushu - growing region: Japan on the Kyushu peninsula. The basis for this balanced everyday tea are the leaves of the June and August harvest, especially from the Oku Midori shrub variety. SENCHA - Sencha translates as "steamed tea" and so this tea is carefully processed and slightly steamed before rolling and drying. Preparation – 4 tsp/1 litre or 1 tsp per 200 ml, 1.
