Reggiana Rossa is a native cow from northern Italy for the production of milk intended for processing into Parmigiano Reggiano Cows Rosse. Characteristics of the cheese are high digestibility, lactose-free, calcium richness and essential amino acids. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese from this seasoning can be combined with a sparkling white or with a Prosecco Superiore. Excellent in combination with traditional balsamic vinegar and fruit compotes.
