SANTOKU WÜSTHOF KNIFE - The sharp blade of the 17 cm Santoku allows you to make cuts of normal width up to very thin slices. This discoloration can be removed by applying baking soda and lemon juice to the affected area, leaving for 10 minutes and then wiping with a soft cloth. Clean by hand only.
