Salsa Ariete Chickpea and Wheat Shoyu

Nesler’s Organic Salsa Ariete is a handcrafted fermented seasoning made from organic chickpeas and wheat, aged for at least one year without using soy. Unpasteurized and rich in umami, it is ideal for enhancing the flavor of raw or cooked dishes; best added at the end of cooking to preserve the live cultures. Certified organic and gluten-free, it offers a sustainable and digestible way to enrich culinary preparations. Although wheat is among the ingredients, Salsa Ariete is naturally gluten-free thanks to a long artisanal fermentation process (over 12 months) that fully breaks down the gluten proteins.
