Organic extra virgin olive oil from early harvest and cold extraction, made in Mogón (Jaén) with Picual olives harvested in October. Aroma: Intense and very aromatic on the nose, with herbaceous, green notes and fresh aromas of leaves, tomato plants and banana peels Flavour: Distinctive almond notes dominate on the palate. It is tart and reminiscent of the texture of an acorn. Bitterness and spice are clearly present and excellently balanced. Suggested use: this extra virgin olive oil is very versatile and is ideal for raw consumption, especially in green leaf salads, tomatoes, toast, vegetables, red meat, fish, gazpacho and salmorejo.
