Selection of the best Early EVOO Picual variety according to its organoleptic characteristics, bottled in a limited edition of 3000 units. A gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil, early harvested and cold extraction to preserve all its organoleptic characteristics. It is a fresh, clean and fragrant olive fruity green. It is an oil from picual olives harvested at the end of October. of olive groves grown in integrated production located mainly in the Sierra de las Villas. TASTING NOTES: On the nose there are nuances of tomato plant, artichoke, green wheat, banana peel and in less intensity aromatic herbs. The note of freshly cut grass is sharp both in the nose and in the mouth, which causes a menthol sensation in the oral cavity. This is perfectly complemented by an almond "in green", both notes being the ones that last over time as a memory of this.
