8 INDIVIDUALLY SEALED 120 G PORTIONS – 960 grams in total, split into eight sealed bags instead of one big one-kilo sack. Open one and the other seven stay closed and crunchy: no soft pistachios and no stale leftovers after two weeks. A bag fits in a handbag, a backpack or a desk drawer and is a ready portion for an aperitif, the office or a journey. ONLY 1% SALT – The most common complaint about salted pistachios is that they are far too salty. Our ingredient list has two items: pistachios 99%, salt 1%. Enough for a savoury taste, little enough that you do not reach for water after a handful. No white salt crust. Per 100 g: 604 kcal, 20.4 g protein and 0.91 g salt. Vegan and naturally gluten free. GENTLY ROASTED, IN THEIR SHELL – We dry-roast with no added fat and in small batches, so the typical, slightly sweet pistachio flavour comes through under the salt. No over-roasting, no bitter notes. The shell protects the kernel from light and air and, as you open them one by one, you eat more slowly. FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR TABLE SINCE 1994 – These pistachios grow on our own farms in Andalusia, in the south of Spain, where they are also roasted, salted and packed. We are pioneers of Spanish pistachio growing and follow every batch from tree to bag: no middlemen and no blending with produce from other countries. Grown and packed in Spain, health registration number 21.25289/MA, traceable through the batch number printed on every bag. THE SNACK FOR WINE, BEER AND TRAVEL – Salted pistachios in the shell are the snack for an evening with friends: with wine, beer, an aperitif or a sharing board. With 120 g bags you take exactly one portion to the office, the match or on a trip. Store in a cool, dry place and eat within seven days of opening. Contains nuts. Keeps for one year from packing.
