ONLY 1% SALT – The most common complaint about salted pistachios is that they are far too salty. Our ingredient list has two items, and the second is only one per cent: pistachios 99%, salt 1%. Enough for a savoury taste, little enough that you do not reach for water after a handful. No white crust and no thirst afterwards. You taste the pistachio first and the salt second, as it should be. THE FLAVOUR THAT IS OFTEN MISSING – Cheap pistachios often just taste of salt. We roast gently and in small batches so the oil stays in the kernel and the typical, slightly sweet pistachio flavour does not disappear under the seasoning. No over-roasting, no bitter notes and no rancid kernels. The result is a full flavour with a crunchy bite, where the salt accompanies instead of covering. FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR TABLE SINCE 1994 – These pistachios grow on our own farms in Andalusia, in the south of Spain, where they are also roasted, salted and packed. We are pioneers of Spanish pistachio growing and follow every batch from tree to bag: no middlemen and no blending with produce from other countries. Grown and packed in Spain, health registration number 21.25289/MA, traceable through the batch number printed on every bag. 1 KG IN FOUR BAGS – You get four sealed bags of 250 grams, one kilo in total. Open the first and the other three stay closed until you need them. That is the difference from one big bag, where the last handful is already soft and stale. The contents stay crunchy, savoury and aromatic down to the last bag, with no decanting and no loss of aroma. THE BOWL FOR WINE AND BEER – Salted pistachios in the shell are the snack for an evening with guests: with wine, beer, an aperitif or a sharing board.
