Amazon Paderno rectangular baking dish ideal for making breadsticks, cakes, biscuits, pizzas and focaccia or baked potatoes and vegetables. The high edges ensure that the dough does not leak out during baking. Aluminium is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring fast and even cooking. Resistant to high temperatures of electric, gas or vented oven, without deformation. It is recommended to butter or oil the bottom and edges of the mold before use. Do not cut directly on the baking sheet in order to preserve its proper operation. It has no coated surface, as opposed to Teflon, thus avoiding the danger of contaminating food.
