Amazon Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Cornicabra and Manzanilla varieties produced in Villaconejos (Madrid) and protected under the D.O.P. Madrid oil. Made with green olives of own production collected during the months of October and November at very low temperatures. It is an extra virgin olive oil with medium-intense fruity on the nose, with hints of green leaf, artichoke, fennel, tomato and apple. In the mouth are present bitter and spicy in medium intensities and well balanced, resulting in a very persistent oil in the mouth. Pairing: Ideal to take with bread and tomatoes, cooked artichokes, cheeses, eggs and white fish.
