Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina and Cornicabra varieties produced in Villaconejos (Madrid) and protected under the D.O.P. Madrid oil and the SIQEV Quality Seal. Made with green olives of own production collected during the months of October and November at very low temperatures. It is an extra virgin olive oil of great complexity on the nose, with a green fruity reminiscent of tomato, tomato, herb, apple and almond. In the mouth a sweet taste is perceived at first, followed by a warm bitter and spicy well balanced. Very tasty, clean and elegant. Pairing: Perfect to take with fish, seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh salads, soft cheeses, pickles, toast, pasta and pastries. Especially rich in desserts, fruits such as orange or strawberry and exquisite with vanilla ice cream.
