Health benefits: daily consumption of 20 g of "Marmaro" olive oil provides 7.4 mg of tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol derivatives. Olive oils containing more than 5 mg per 20 g belong to the category of olive oils that protect against lipid peroxidation in the blood, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012. Hand-harvested and cold extraction - The olives are harvested in our irrigated olive groves. The olives are picked directly by hand and the process of cold extraction is used.
