Flavour: The KHLA black curry is based on a bouquet of different aromas and fragrances. Our black curry is the strongest spice blend consisting mainly of black pepper. It contains black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, badian, white pepper and organic peel, all from organic cultivation. Origin: the spice mixtures are said to date back to Mesopotamia. The term "curry" was coined for the Westerners to define a spice blend whose origin is the Indian kari, as well as all flavored Indian sauce dishes. GROWING The various plants that make up our black curry come from KHLA partner farms and cooperatives in Southeast Asia.
