Extra long roasted: For normal industrial roasting, the coffee beans are roasted for 2 - 5 minutes at very high temperatures. The result is coffee, which often tastes far too sour and bitter. Good things take time. We take extra time to carefully roast Guggenheimer coffee for up to 30 minutes. Undesirable acids and bitter substances are thus gently decomposed. Full flavour and the finest cream: Guggenheimer coffee tastes unlike many coffees in Germany, which are often made from 100% Arabica beans and are slightly acidic. For the taste experience as you know from Italian coffee bars, we also use high-quality Robusta beans. These give the coffee its nutty, chocolate, slightly earthy and full aroma. Another advantage of Robusta: Extraction creates a rich and firm crema. Barista quality coffee beans: To give you the finest taste experience, we only use coffee beans of the best quality. We choose the beans with a lot of love and care. We obtain these exclusively directly from selected farmers from the best coffee growing areas in the world. We believe that coffee enjoyment is one of the most beautiful rituals of the day. Treat yourself to a break, relax and enjoy this moment, because you deserve this moment. Top quality, made in Italy. We have been roasting coffee for over 80 years in a small village south of Naples. The coffee is packed in 4 x 500 g aroma bags - so the coffee stays fresh for longer. Shelf life of at least 18 months unopened.
