Full flavour: 4 x 500 g Gourmet Arabica medium roast full-bodied with a slightly fruity and floral note, the mixture is particularly suitable for cappuccino and latte macchiato. Extra slow roasted: For normal industrial roasting, the coffee beans are roasted for 2 to 5 minutes at very high temperatures. The result is coffee, which often tastes far too sour and bitter. Good things take time. We take extra time to carefully roast the bean for Guggenheimer coffee for up to 30 minutes. Acids and bitter substances are particularly gently degraded in this way. Perfect for fully automatic tomatoes and sieve holders: espresso, café cream or cappuccino – Guggenheimer coffee is perfect for use in fully automatic machines and also in portafilters. The beans can be carefully ground but also very tasty in the French press espresso pot or prepared with the filter. Top quality made in Italy: every cup of Guggenheimer coffee has the experience of over 80 years of roasting craft. We roast varietally and then let the beans rest for 72 hours. Only then are they mixed and packed in aroma bags. Unopened, they are then shelf life for at least 12 months. ✭Origin✭ We roast the coffee in a small Italian village south of Naples. To give you the finest taste experience, we only use coffee beans of the best quality. The Gourmet Arabica beans come from highland farmers in Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia.
