Our Temi Estate, the only tea garden of Sikkim was founded in 1969 and is located in the south of the region. We offer you an absolute top quality of this popular plantation from the first picking. The finely crafted, slightly matte greenish leaf and the fresh, floral fragrance and taste are the outstanding features of our import. The bright golden cast and the aromatic, spring-like bouquet set the crown on this picking. Z U B E R E I T U N G For 1 litre of tea, place 4 - 5 heaped teaspoons of tea leaves in a tea filter, pour over with 100 degrees hot water and let steep for approx. 2 - 4 minutes. Remove tea filter, enjoy tea. It is best to put the tea in an already preheated pot. Darjeeling is best enjoyed pure, without lemon or other additions.
