Z U B E R E I T U N G For 1 litre of tea, place 4 - 5 heaped teaspoons of tea leaves in a tea filter, pour over with 100 degrees hot water and let steep for approx. 2 - 4 minutes. Remove tea filter, enjoy tea. It is best to put the tea in an already preheated pot. Darjeeling is best enjoyed pure, without lemon or other additions.
