This grass seduces with the powerful lemony scent of its long leaves, which work wonders in infusion as well as in the kitchen. Good news: this tropical lemongrass can be grown perfectly in our climates! Once the package is open, we recommend storing the leaves of Lemongrass in a closed jar, away from light and moisture, so that they retain their full flavor. Put lemongrass (cut into pieces if it doesn't fit) and ginger in a teapot and water with boiling water. Let it brew until completely cool. Strain and add honey. It's ready to serve.
