Wheat germ Calamari is then dried at low temperatures to keep the authentic flavor of the wheat. Wheat germ is the heart of wheat grain, rich in flavor and nutrient active ingredients. Normally, the germ is removed to facilitate the preservation of flours. The MORELLI factory, thanks to artisanal techniques, succeeds in re-inserting fresh wheat germ into the mixture, obtaining different pasta, good even if seasoned with a single stream of oil.
