A small sachet of yeast allows to produce American ale beers, which can be characterized as well balanced and including a small amount of diacetyl. Fermentis Beer Yeast helps to make a very clean and crisp end palate. The temperature for the most optimal fermentation varies between 12 and 25°C, which stands for 53.6-77°F. However, the ideal condition for the process of yeast fermenting with the use of this product is between 15 and 22°C (59-71.6°F). In order to use the yeast effectively, please follow the instructions. First of all, you need to sprinkle the yeast in minimum 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort at the temperature of 27°C ± 3°C (80°F ± 6°F). Next, you should leave the yeast to rest for 15 to 30 minutes. After that, please stir gently for another 30 minutes and pitch the obtained cream into your fermentation container. One sachet allows for the production of 20 to 30 items.
