Brennmash yeast is the German term for yeast used in the fermentation process for distillation of alcohol, especially in the production of spirits such as brandy, whisky and vodka. These are special yeast strains selected for their ability to convert sugar into ethyl alcohol as well as their resistance to high alcohol concentrations and other difficult fermentation conditions. One bottle is enough for 50 litres. Recommendation: for grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C The yeast can ferment up to 18%. 5 x bottle of liquid yeast 1 x bag of oak chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
