Ingredients: 100% virgin olive oil from first cold pressing (made from olives in organic ecological quality) Raw food quality: we harvest our olives in Sicily in Agira exclusively fresh and mindful by hand and thus in the most gentle way. Then they are cold pressed in the local oil mill at 26 degrees and processed into a varietal, extra virgin olive oil. Unfiltered: ZELLGUT olive oil is left in a naturally cloudy state and is not filtered so that its extremely healthy nutrients are retained - for the sake of your health Acidity: An essential quality feature of olive oils is a low acidity. A high-quality, well-digestible and healthy olive oil should contain less than 0.8 percent acid. In our ZELLGUT olive oil, the acidity is 0.18 percent (see table). Origin: the oil comes from the heart of Sicily with optimal soil condition of the plantation. Produced untreated, i.e. without artificial preservatives and dyes. Free from any chemical additives
