Strangozzo or Stringozzo is a typical Umbrian pasta prepared with durum wheat semolina and embellished with summer black truffle. Strangozzi are a type of pasta artisan water and flour, long rectangular section, typical of the Umbria region. Bronze wire drawing gives the pasta a rough, porous body, ideal for capturing all kinds of seasonings. Truffle Stringozzi are excellent seasoned with our products, ready to use, for example with truffle sauce, ground truffle, truffle sauce or whatever imagination suggests. PREPARATION TIPS: Cook in salted water for about 12 minutes then drain. Season with Truffle or Ground Truffle Sauce and serve.
