With this Pastrami Rub, the unique pastrami taste can be transferred to meat, fish and vegetables. It combines sea salt, allspice, cane sugar, pepper, coriander, pepper, horseradish, garlic, nutmeg and parsley. Application: per kg of meat or fish with approx. Rub 40 g of rub and leave for at least 1-2 hours (the longer, the better).
