Truffle No. 19 with (7% ) Tagliatelle

Egg Pasta Truffle Tagliatelle "Tartufissima N°19" by Tartuflanghe are an artisan egg pasta obtained thanks to the use of high quality raw materials such as durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs and summer truffle. The paste is extruded to bronze, laminated, cut by the knife and left to dry slowly, this gives it a particularly elastic texture and excellent hold in cooking. The dough contains as much as 7% summer truffle, which together with the eggs give the Durum wheat semolina, fresh pasteurized eggs 20%, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 7%, flavour. Contains wheat, eggs. May contain traces of soy and mustard The product does not contain GMOs.
