Truffle Dressing in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 ml

Black Truffle Seasoning Spray based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aromas and Natural Black Truffle Extract (Tuber Aestivum Vit). The strong and characteristic flavor of the tuber, combined with the balanced and harmonious EVO oil, gives life to a seasoning with an intense and persistent aroma. Just a little pressure on the dispenser to release the typical scent of the precious tuber. The Sprayleggera condiment flavored with black truffle is excellent for enriching and giving an unmistakable aroma to pasta, risotto, pizza, focaccia, bruschetta and omelette. Also ideal for flavouring grilled meats, roasts and grilled fish. Try it on salads and vegetables for a rich, strong and special flavour. Preferably use raw so that it releases its full aroma. One second spray per person will be enough to enhance the flavor of each dish. Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggera bottle allows you to reduce consumption by approximately 90% (a 250 ml bottle is equivalent to about 3 litres of a normal oil bottle) and protects the contents from air and light for a long time. This allows you to maintain all the valuable properties of the seasoning and keep it fresh as freshly squeezed. Each second of spray dispenses 2ml/1.7g (15Kcal) of product enough to season each dish.
