INGREDIENTS - Cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, paprika, garlic, black pepper, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cayenne. Salt free. PERFECT FOR LAM, CHICKEN AND COUSCOUS - Also great for Moroccan tagine, beef stew, grilled fish and chicken skewers. Authentic North African flavour at home.
