TERRAMASTER D5 Hybrid 5 Bay NVMe HDD Enclosure Storage USB 3.2 (Gen 2) 10Gbps Type C Supporting Raid 0/1/Single/JBOD Exclusive 2+3 Disk Network (No Disk)

Innovative Storage: D5 Hybrid is the first NVMe SSD HDD in Innovative Storage with 2 SATA HDD/SSD and 3 M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs, up to 68TB (22TB x 2+8TB x 3) of storage space, combining HDD capacity and SSD speed. Includes TPC Backupper software for data backup. With TERRAMASTER's free TPC Backupper software, you can easily schedule important data backups to enhance data security. 【10Gbps Transfer Bandwidth】The D5 hybrid hard drive enclosure adopts USB 3.2 Gen2 protocol for high speed data transmission up to 10Gbps. With 2 hard drives in RAID 0, the read/write speed can reach 521MB/s (SATA III NAS HDD 8TB x 2). With 2 SSD in RAID 0, the read speed can reach 960MB/s (SATA III NAS SSD 1TB x 2), and using M.2 NVMe SSD it can reach 980MB/s. Single RAID Mode 2+3: The D5 Hybrid is a hardware USB storage. Drives on trays 1 and 2 can be configured as RAID 0, RAID 1, single disk or JBOD. M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs can function as individual drives, which can better meet different user demands and ensure absolute data security. Convenient to Switch Hard Drives: The M.2 D5 Hybrid SSD enclosure features a tool-free hard drive tray that makes it easy to install and remove hard drives without the need for tools. In addition, the D5 Hybrid raid enclosure incorporates a brand new unique Push-Lock design from TERRAMASTER, which automatically locks the hard drive tray when you insert the hard drive, preventing the hard drive from falling or disconnecting. Better Heat Dissipation: The D5 Hybrid HDD is equipped with a temperature-controlled, low-noise intelligent fan that automatically adjusts its speed according to the temperature of the hard drive. This function ensures that the hard drive runs at its best temperature and ensures better heat dissipation.
