SORRENTO WALNUT PASTE: first ingredient SORRENTO NUTS. Light brown paste with abundant walnut grain content. Creamy structure, with high walnut content and small caliber praline nuts that keeps crisp in ice cream. For ice cream, but not only for its structure, the product is recommended not only in ice cream parlor, but also in artisan pastry.
