Amazon During fermentation, the leaves of the Organic Red Tea Smokey are smoked on fruit wood chips for 15 minutes, deeply integrating the aromas without altering the original character of the tea and its terroir. Tea comes from Nepal. We recommend making this tea using the traditional Chinese method Gong Fu Cha, using a gaiwan or small teapot of approximately 150ml, allowing multiple infusions with 5g of leaves. After a quick rinse with 95°C water, the first infusion should last 10 seconds, increasing each subsequent infusion by 10 seconds. Tea retains flavor for 5 infusions. You can adjust the brewing time to get a more or less intense taste, and the tea should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
