Organic extra virgin olive oil made in Tabernas (Almeria) from Lechín olives collected at the beginning of the color change. Deep green with golden highlights, this oil presents a clean filtering. Aroma: moderately fruity, with aromas of green olive and nuts and, to a lesser extent, notes of other fruits such as apricot. Flavor: sweet and fruity, very balanced, with very pleasant notes of olive and medium ripe fruit. On the palate, bitterness and roughness are practically absent, although they are slightly more pronounced. To accompany: Recommended especially for salted fish such as anchovies, tomato salads, soups, white meat stews and desserts.
