Yoke separator that comes with a handle and hole at one end for easy hanging and storing. How to use: hold the yoke separator over a glass or cup, break the egg and let the egg white fall through the holes. Comes with suitably located vents in the interior of the spoon, that allows only the yoke to fall through to the centre of the plate. Its design allows us, when breaking the egg over the separator, the yoke tends to fall towards the centre, while the yoke falls through the vents into the recipient placed previously under the yoke separator. Manufactured in stainless steel making this product hard wearing and allowing better hygiene.
