KUKICHA "KUKI" - Its composition consists entirely of twigs and leaf stems, which cannot be found in other teas. Hence its name: "kuki", which in Japanese means a root or a stick. UNIQUE TREATMENT - The taste of Kuka is very interesting: delicate, sweet and slightly nutty with sea notes. Thanks to this, it works perfectly as an iced tea. THEANINE CONTENT - Kukicha also has a high content of relaxing theanine. The theanine of the leaves in the process of photosynthesis is transformed into tannins, which gives a "bitter" taste to the tea. LOW COFFEINE CONTENT - Thanks to the low caffeine content, Kukicha is ideal for drinking for children, pregnant women and late at night. For this reason, tea in the macrobiotic diet is also often recommended.
