Simply open the clamping part with a flat object, e.g. screwdriver at the bottom of the clasp, pull out the belt and put the other clasp straight back on and press firmly. So the belt can also be shortened if necessary: simply cut a piece. All belts of this brand are handmade in Germany and handmade in Itlay.
