Duck meat is very unique as it is poultry meat but has characteristics of red meat, being also a tender, juicy and very tasty meat that provides many proteins to the body. OUR LIVESTOPERS: In Malvasía we have total control over the production, carried out according to traditional criteria (corn feed, stay in outdoor parks, etc.) that allows us to obtain the best possible raw material for the production of our products. CRAFTSMANSHIP: We make our candied duck wings following tradition and in an artisanal way, since they are seasoned and cooked very slowly in the duck fat itself. PREPARATION TIPS: Heat it slightly to remove excess fat and then brown it to taste in the oven (the fat that covers the wings is very suitable for cooking the garnish of Confit, some potatoes for example), you can also separate the meat from the bone, crumbling it and use it cold or hot for salads, fillings, etc ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This product is part of the list of gluten-free foods published by the Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain and are part of the guarantee brand "Tierra de Tabor".
