Pai Mu Tan is considered the most famous "white tea" that is finding more and more friends in this country. A tea plant called Chaicha or Narcissus makes this tea grow in Fujian province and is also known as "White Peony". After picking, the tea is dried without technical means in the sun or in closed rooms. The leaf material offers us a green play of colours in all facets, is very voluminous, has a beautiful proportion of elongated, white-silver leaf tips. The mug shimmers amber and gives off an elegant, spicy taste.
