Oolong is a specialty originally produced in the highland plains of the Taiwanese mountains. The teas are fermented after picking to about 50% and then wilted in the sun. By turning the Teesin bamboo baskets frequently during the drying phase, the oolong develops a mild aroma and a large, wild twisted leaf. On the infused leaf you can see the still green leaf core with the fermented leaf edges. This tea is very light in the cup and equipped with a very floral and spicy taste. You see and smell what you drink and enjoy! Our tea is exclusively provided with natural aromas, high flower and fruit contents.
