Interrupting fermentation at the right time allows only the edges of the leaf to ferment, the leaf core remains green. This quality is meatier and finer crafted than standard oolongs. The mug is brass-coloured. The variety of colours is visible in the infusion, because here too the strong differences work with intense green and brown colourings. The tea is characterised by a light black tea note with pleasant sweetness and slightly broad touches. You see and smell what you drink and enjoy!
