The olive harvest takes place during the fourth week of October, resulting in a unique, different and highly appreciated monovarietal, with a marked touch of freshness and elegance. Flavor: It is very fruity and excellent balance between sweet, bitter and spicy, with a medium astringency Aroma: The typical aromas of the Morruda variety are reminiscent of freshly cut grass, almond and green apple. Pairing: We recommend its use in raw, especially with tomato, belly, artichokes and fresh cheeses such as burrata.
