First fluff cabuse Sencha – from the Kirishima mountains with a full-bodied umami and a fruity sweetness. For this special Japanese green tea, the tea plants varieties Kanaya Midori and Asatsuyu serve as a basis. 100% flavour – the full-mouth umami of the Asatsuyu combines with the fruitiness of the Kanaya Midori. Together they make a round and sweet Kabusecha. We recommend a Japanese one-handed Kyusu teapot for preparation. Natural caffeine and antioxidants – the combination of caffeine and antioxidant EGCG (epigallocatechin 3-gallat) is ideal for starting the day. Up to 40 litres of green tea can be prepared from 100 grams of tea. Ice tea without sugar: pour 5 teaspoons of green tea with cold water and let it brew for 5 minutes.
