Drum roasting – each roasting of our premium coffee beans is handmade at low temperatures in the drum roaster. So the aromas unfold and unpleasant bitter substances are broken down. Taste – The special roasting profile gives this bean coffee a unique combination of cocoa and hazelnut notes. Rounded off by a mild acid profile, full body and incomparable crema. Intensity – the whole coffee beans have an intensity level of 4/5. In addition, the cafe beans have a roasting degree 4/5, crema 4/5 and sweetness 3/5. Barrista beans coffee as we love it!
