Original from Taiwan – This lace tea comes from Mr Cai tea garden in the Taiwanese highland region of Bei Shan and is sustainably grown at about 1000 metres high. Naturally creamy – This tea is made from the Jin Xuan Cultivar, which means "golden daylily" in German. Jin Xuan has a wonderfully milky and creamy character by nature! Variety of flavours: the Jin Xuan is a typical Taiwan oolong and reveals floral and fruity notes that change over the infusions. A wonderfully complex aromatic game Best quality – we know every farm and farmer personally and work directly with them to offer the best tea qualities. Sustainably sourced and best quality. Preparation - You can pour our Jin Xuan Oolong up to 5 times. Let it brew at a temperature of 80-90°C for initially 3 minutes, with each additional infusion, let it brew for 4-5 minutes each.
